I so hope you finish this story, all the way through the wedding. I quite enjoyed reading it. Indeed, there is far too little good fanfiction about this genra. In fact, there is only one other P&P story that I enjoy, that being "Meadows, Manners and Merlin" - a very good fanfic of decent length that begins at the same time and place your story does.

The story seems unfinished. Do you plan to add to it sometime?

I truly enjoyed this story - how refreshing - Elizabeth and especially Darcy letting their guards down

I have had an enjoyable couple of days reading Scoundrels and Happily Ever After.

I am now starting to read Lasting Impressions. I see that it has been some time since you have updated it, though I hope you will complete it.

I have loved the P&P story for near on 20 years. I thank you for using your creative abilities to bring more joy from this story to me.

I found you through my obsession with Harry Potter - and your husbands site - a slight contrast in interests I am sure - but both escapism from the real world.

Again, thank for you your stories.
Regards
Yvonne G

Dear Pamela,

I was wondering, have you ever considered writing a 'continuing story' concerning Kitty and Georgiana and their lives with Lizzy and Darcy? I enjoy your stories very much and look forward to your next chapter. Thanks for the enjoyable read.

Pamela,

Please, Please, Please give us more of this great story.

Just a note even to let us know how progress is going would be good. This is too good to just abandon.

Hope to see more real soon.

Sandy

Pamela,

When can we expect an update to one of your P&P stories? I would like to see one to this story, however, I am also looking for an update to "A Fortunate Mishap".

Love both of these stories and am looking for more.

Hope to see an update soon.

I'm glad to see that Elizabeth and Darcy are doing so well together! I hope that Caroline's plans fail, perhaps she might actually learn something though it seems unlikely. It's also nice to see how Darcy's family are beginning to understand that this marriage will help Darcy and his sister in so many ways. Hopefully, Caroline's little plots will be screwed up badly! Many thanks for another set of enjoyable chapters!

I hope Darcy's early visit doesn't get him blamed for Wickham's murder! Gotta love that Murphy, though.

Interesting that there is hope for CB after all as well...

Go Lizzy!! I never thought to see Wickham treated like the scoundrel he is. This fate is much more suited to him than life spoonging off the Darcys and the Binghams.
Thanks for another wonderful chapter.

Another really great chapter!

Now that we know what happened to Wickham, what will ultimately happen to Caroline? Will she ever see the light?

I sincerely hope that Lady Carlisle will come around. I loved Lizzy's very innocent (lol) statement concerning how tings are done in the "first circles"!

By the way, I really love this story, however, I was wondering if you will have any updates for "A Fortunate Mishap"? This is another favorite and I really would love to see it continued, too!

Awesome chapter! Can't have it all go TOO smoothly, although I can hardly wait to see how Wickham is received!!!

That was a great chapter.
Poor Mrs Annersley, three days with Caro - thank heavens Darcy sent his man along to assist her.
The Colonel was wonder & witty as usual.
Nice to see Bingley with some spine.

I'm so happy you updated. This is a beautiful story and I love reading your Jane Austen fics. You really manage to capture the style without ever making it difficult to read. I hope you post another chapter soon. I really look forward to reading more.

Yikes! Poor Lizzy!! Did they have asbestos back then? If so, I hope she orders a few dresses made of it!!

So glad to see more of this, it's like reading whole to parts to such a beloved favorite. Thanks for this!
